Who we are
Full Circle HR was established by an experienced HR Director to provide both strategic and operational consultancy support to small and medium sized growing businesses. Based in Leeds, Yorkshire, we work nationally across the UK.
Gill Wetherill, Director and Founder of Full Circle HR:
“Working in HR for 30 years, I’ve always been passionate about people, it’s in my DNA! Second to people, I’ve always enjoyed operational and process focused work, looking for ways to improve things to get better outcomes for the business (often the bits that others in HR find boring!) That’s why, after taking a step out of the corporate world, I decided to focus my core business on HR system consultancy and implementation.
I have project managed a number of HR system implementations throughout my career and learnt so much along the way. I’m passionate about helping other HR professionals land their HRIS successfully into their business so that they can reap the full benefits from the system they choose.”

Gill’s extensive HR background spans many industry sectors and her experience includes the full circle of HR activities. She has vast experience in change management having led on many organisational restructures; setting up HR functions afresh; developing people strategies for organisations as they grow; leadership development; culture change and transformation; recruitment and assessment centres; and employee relations.


Aside from HR tech, Gill is passionate about helping young people make the transition from education to employment and supporting women in accessing the workplace. She regularly volunteers as a career coach, assessor and mentor in these areas.
