If you do not have the resources you need to configure and implement a HR system, we can provide you with additional resources – like an extension to your team. Working with an experienced HR Consultant we can offer a block of days to use in line with your requirements, whether to do some data cleansing, configure the system, or write some comms ready for launch. We will discuss your needs and how many days consultancy you will need, with the flexibility to buy more if required.

With a strong understanding of HR operations, we can support you in building and configuring your new HRIS in a way that best fits your business needs, ensuring both flexibility and scalability. Working with you to understand and define your HR processes and rules, T&Cs and contracts, work patterns and scheduling requirements, our expertise will help you maximise the use of your new system – reaping the benefits for the business. 

HRIS project management

Should you require someone from Full Circle HR to manage your system project for you, that can be arranged. Depending on the size of your business, that could be a consultant working with one person from your HR team, or involve a range of stakeholders from different departments. We will be guided by the business as to your needs.

Process design

As well as understanding the different project phases and interdependencies, we can quickly identify where HR processes could benefit from being redesigned, ensuring you build out your new HR system in the most efficient way, eliminating any previous pain points.

Data gathering and cleansing

You may want additional consultancy support to help review and cleanse your data, or to test your data before it is uploaded into your new system.

User acceptance testing

To ensure the best chance of success, lets engage some team members in testing the system and giving feedback, before rolling it out. We can design scenarios and logs so you can test out how your system configuration works against your processes, then using pilot groups to test the functionality across the wider business, ensuring managers and employees can access, use and execute actions easily and get the responses they are expecting. 

 

Training and 'Go Live' support

When we are ready to launch, your project team will have gained the system knowledge required to deliver training to remaining HR team members, line managers and employees.  

If required, Full Circle HR can design training material and content to assist you with this, including workshops, familiarisation sessions, one to one training, quick ‘how to’ videos and user guides. We can also be available onsite or virtually to help deliver training. Discuss with us what your needs are and we will provide a cost for our services. 

Managing the change process

Introducing a modern HRIS can be transformational for a business, however the success of the implementation hinges not just on the technology but on how well the change is managed.

We run ‘change’ sessions for your project team and HR teams, so they can consider the effect of change on business results, culture and behaviours, way ahead of the project going live. We can also provide ongoing and ad hoc change management and comms support.

MI and reporting

Every business has different reporting needs and requirements. Most systems come populated with some standard reports ready for you to run as soon as your data is populated.
