We help you find the right HR system which is best suited to your business requirements and scalable to your growth plans, by undertaking a market review on your behalf. We will assess and score software vendors against your requirements, focusing on strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. 

Organisational design

Before starting to implement any HR system, it is essential to prepare the groundwork and review the foundations. This means the org structure and core job roles, frameworks and structures that you are anticipating putting in place for the system to operate effectively.  

Full Circle HR will review your organisational design and structure, to get an understanding of job roles and frameworks, discussing areas for consideration and revision, ahead of preparation and build into a new system. 

Process review

To get the best out of your new HR system, it’s a useful time to review how you do some HR tasks, as a new system can save you lots of manual intervention. It can often be a challenge to fit your existing process into new software. This can end up with workarounds, inefficiencies and frustrations.
